Fly Fishing Alberta's Finest Trout Streams Dates: 7/17/2011 and 7/24/2011 and 8/7/2011
Join our guides in daily fishing sessions on the premier trout streams of southwest Alberta. Learn about varieties of trout and what it takes to catch them. Species of fish include: rainbow trout, brown trout, speckled trout, and bull trout. Refine your casting, learn to read water, discover the biology of a trout stream and practice fly tying. Take in the serenity of Canada's southern Rockies and what have been described as the country's most picturesque and bountiful trout streams. Field trips include the Frank Slide Interpretive Centre, Bellevue Mine, Crowsnest Museum and optional mountain hikes.
Easy walks on uneven terrain, slippery rocks on shorelines. Alberta fishing license is included in fee. Leader to fisherman ratio is 5:1.
