Deposits
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MC, American Express. No charges will be applied to your credit card unless you fail to cancel your revservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.
Cancellations
For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, you wil not inccure a charge. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of one days rental will be charged unless the room can be rebooked.
Rates
All our rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast (where applicable). 5% GST will be applied.

Please, no smoking in the buildings
Pets
We can accommodate a well behaved pet at the Guest House only. Please note, pets cannot be left alone in the Guest House unless they are in their own crate. A $45.00 pet fee applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet. Sorry no pets at the B&B.
