All in the towering majesty of the Rocky Mountains. The pass is also rich in history, original developed to supply coal for the railways in the steam era. It is well worth the time to visit our historic sites. Whether you immerse yourself in the underground mine tour at Bellevue, or at the Crowsnest Museum in Coleman, you will find something of interest including the tragedies of the Frank slide the Hillcrest mine disaster.
